A 17-year-old boy from Utah is facing charges for allegedly taping fish to multiple ATMs and a police car in the United States. The teen is responsible for taping dozens of fishes between August and October last year. The teenager from Utah has been charged with two misdemeanour counts of causing property damage in December 2023.
