Uttam Singh appointed Gurugram DC in Haryana IAS reshuffle

The Haryana government has appointed Uttam Singh as the new Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Gurugram in a major administrative reshuffle involving 15 IAS officers across the state. Uttam Singh, who was previously serving as DC of Karnal, replaces Ajay Kumar, who has been transferred and posted as Deputy Principal Secretary-II to the Chief Minister.
