Uttar Pradesh has reported 12,547 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, as per the state health department. With this, the total number of cases in the state has now reached 16,09,140, the health department added. Moreover, the state recorded 281 coronavirus-related deaths in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of deaths in Uttar Pradesh to 17,238.
