Uttarakhand cancels officers' holidays over heavy rain alert

Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat on Monday announced that the holidays of all government officers stand cancelled in view of the heavy rain alert issued for the next few days. The employees have been directed to stay in their respective areas so that the response time is reduced in case of an emergency.
