Utter disregard for Prez protocol by TMC govt in WB: Jaishankar

Union Minister S Jaishankar criticised West Bengal government after President Droupadi Murmu said she did not receive a formal welcome from CM during a state visit. “The utter disregard for President’s protocol in West Bengal is an attack on dignity of the nation’s highest office,” he said. Jaishankar added the incident shows TMC government’s lack of respect towards tribal communities.
