Vacant plots becoming haven for drug addicts in Punjab's Phagwara

Fear has taken hold of residents in various parts of Punjab's Phagwara as numerous plots across the city are rapidly turning into havens for drug addicts. Once considered to be prime land parcels located in key administrative and residential areas, such as the Tehsil Complex, Suvhidha Kendra, and Hargobind Nagar, these areas have now turned into garbage dumping grounds.
