US Vice President JD Vance's 12-year-old distant relative has reportedly been denied a heart transplant because she isn't vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu. Adaline Deal, adopted from China, suffers from a rare defect which causes one of her heart valves to leak. Her heart also beats abnormally fast, reaching 250 beats/minute, which puts her at risk of sudden heart failure.
