Vandalism of rental bikes to be criminal offence: B'luru Police

Bengaluru Police has said the cases of vandalism and theft of rental bikes will be treated as a criminal offence and thoroughly investigated until the offenders are penalised. Bike rental startup Bounce, which lets users pick and drop bikes at designated spots, had alleged 2,000 such cases every month in Bengaluru. Bounce will share these offenders' data with the police.
