Vandalur Zoo in Chennai closed as 80 employees test positive for COVID-19

The Arignar Anna Zoological Park (AAZP), also known as Vandalur Zoo, in Tamil Nadu's Chennai has been closed after 80 employees tested positive for COVID-19. According to an official statement, the zoo will remain closed till January 31. The situation would be reviewed on January 31 and an appropriate decision shall be taken after it, the statement added.
