Vanguard Group replaces Musk as Twitter's largest shareholder with 10.3% stake
Days after Tesla CEO Elon Musk disclosed being the largest shareholder at Twitter with a 9.2% stake, the position has now been taken by US' Vanguard Group. In its recent publicly available filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company disclosed owning 82.4 million shares of Twitter, which means 10.3%. Vanguard's holdings are reportedly worth $3.78 billion now.
