Varun Beverages extends PepsiCo agreement till 2049

Varun Beverages has entered into a revised bottling and trademark agreement with PepsiCo, extending the validity of the arrangement to April 2049 from April 2039 earlier. The revised agreement also removes restrictions that previously limited the company from undertaking activities outside PepsiCo’s business operations. Promoter holding in the company stood at 59.44% as of March 2026.
