Vasai auto driver lured by fake hire, robbed of rickshaw

A Vasai auto-rickshaw driver was allegedly targeted by unidentified men who hired his vehicle on a false pretext before taking him to a secluded spot. Police said the accused assaulted the driver, robbed him of cash and fled with his rickshaw. A case has been registered and efforts are underway to identify and trace the suspects involved.
