VB-G RAM G Bill 'anti-state' & 'anti-village' by design: Rahul

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi criticised VB-G RAM G Bill after it was passed by Parliament amid Opposition protests. Calling Bill's design "anti-state" and "anti-village", he alleged, "It isn't a revamp of MGNREGA...It demolishes rights-based...demand-driven guarantee and turns it into a rationed scheme which is controlled from Delhi." He added, "Government demolished 20 years of MGNREGA in one day."
