Vedanta too big to have a family succession plan: Chairman

Vedanta Founder and Chairman Anil Agarwal has indicated that his son or daughter may not head the group as it is "too big to have a family succession plan". "[My children] have their own passion... and they are doing very well," he added. He further said he has appointed "extremely capable CEOs and executives" to run the company.
