Veerappan’s daughter Vidhya to contest LS polls from Tamil Nadu on NTK ticket

Veerappan's daughter Vidhya Rani will contest the upcoming Lok Sabha polls from Tamil Nadu's Krishnagiri on a Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) ticket. A lawyer by profession, Rani had joined BJP in 2020 but recently joined NTK. Out of the 40 candidates that NTK has fielded for the Lok Sabha polls, half of them are women.
