A resort and casino in Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay has installed the biggest solar roof in the US, made with over 26,000 solar panels. It produces a combined 8.3 MW dc of electricity, which meets 25% of the resort's power demand. The annual electricity production by the panels is equivalent to the average annual usage of 1,340 US homes.
