Venezuela Prez Maduro seen talking about US in last video before capture

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro was seen talking about the US in his last video before he was captured and flown away to the US on Saturday. "To the people of the United States, I say what I have always said, Venezuela is a brother country...a friendly government," Maduro said in the interview that was filmed on New Year's Eve.
