Venezuelan Prez Delcy to travel to India for oil talks, says Rubio

Venezuela’s interim President Delcy Rodriguez will visit India next week to discuss oil sales, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said. “We want to sell [India] as much energy as they'll buy...We also think there are opportunities with Venezuelan oil,” Rubio said, calling India a “great ally and partner.” Venezuela holds the world’s largest proven oil reserves.
