Venezuelan Prez met with Chinese envoy hours before being captured by US: Reports

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro met Qiu Xiaoqi, the special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping, hours before the US launched a massive attack on Venezuela and captured Maduro, multiple reports said. A video from the meeting, which took place at Maduro's Presidential Palace in Caracas, has also surfaced. Notably, the US has captured Maduro's wife also.
