Venu Srinivasan questions Noel's appointment as Tata Trusts' chief

Venu Srinivasan, a trustee of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust, has written to the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner seeking an inquiry into the trust's administration and governance, CNBC-TV18 reported. He questioned Noel Tata's appointment as a perpetual trustee and the basis for his chairmanship of Tata Trusts. Srinivasan has also sought directions for Noel Tata to recuse himself from certain decisions.
