Veranda Learning acquires CA coaching centre JK Shah Classes for ₹337.82 crore

Edtech firm Veranda Learning Solutions on Thursday announced it has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of 39-year-old CA coaching centre JK Shah Classes for ₹337.82 crore. The 39-year coaching centre's alumni include billionaire Kumar Mangalam Birla and Union Minister Piyush Goyal, professor JK Shah said. After the acquisition, Shah will remain Chairman for life on the board.
