Verstappen wins Belgium GP, F1's shortest race ever in history

Red Bull's Max Verstappen won Formula One's shortest race ever in history on Sunday with the rain-hit Belgian Grand Prix abandoned after almost three laps behind safety car. Half-points were awarded for only the sixth time ever. Williams' George Russell finished second to secure his first F1 podium. Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes finished third.
