Vertiv acquires ThermoKey to boost AI data center cooling

Vertiv stock rose 2% premarket after agreeing to acquire Italy-based ThermoKey to expand thermal infrastructure for AI data centers. The deal adds liquid-cooling systems and dry coolers.
