Vet dies by suicide allegedly over rich clients making him put down pets to save cash in UK

A 35-year-old veterinarian in the UK allegedly died by suicide after becoming distressed over rich clients asking him to "unnecessarily" euthanise their pets, an inquest heard. Dr John Ellis' mother claimed her son was upset that people with a "brand new car" wouldn't pay to help their pets. The inquest also heard that Ellis was having "sleeping problems".
