Video captures moment when Russian military tank crushes a car in Ukraine

A purported video of a Russian military tank crushing a civilian car in Ukraine has surfaced online. The video was seemingly filmed from a window overlooking the road during the incident. An elderly man, who was driving the car, survived the accident. It also showed how a passerby attempted to get the driver out of the car using an axe.
