Video of child using drugs in Punjab surfaces, sparks row

A video allegedly showing a young child, purportedly around 12 to 13 years old, consuming drugs in Punjab has sparked a row over how narcotics are allegedly reaching children. According to police, the child has been admitted to a de-addiction centre for treatment. "This...horrifying sight is that of a...child...from Kapurthala snorting drugs," Shiromani Akali Dal MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal wrote.
