Delhi Metro issues statement after video of girl in bra & miniskirt in metro goes viral

Videos and pictures of a woman travelling in a Delhi Metro train wearing a bra and a miniskirt went viral recently, prompting the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to issue a statement. "DMRC expects its commuters to follow...social etiquette and protocols which are acceptable in the society," it said. Commuters shouldn't wear outfits that could "offend" others, it added.
