Video of health officer giving massage to PHC in-charge in Bihar goes viral, probe on

A video of a Primary Health Centre (PHC) in-charge medical officer getting a face massage from a female health officer in Bihar has gone viral. In the video, the female health officer can be seen asking the medical officer to not make the video. Both the officials have been issued a show cause notice and a probe is underway.
