Video of Nepal PM preparing for pic with UN chief goes viral, forgets to shake hands

A video showing Nepal PM Balen Shah preparing for a picture with UN chief Antonio Guterres has gone viral on social media. The video showed Shah wearing his sunglasses, checking his beard and blazer before the picture. However, Shah forgot to shake hands with Guterres as the two leaders stood together.
