A video purportedly showing Prime Minister Narendra Modi following a teleprompter as he walks with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese during a community event is fake and digitally altered. BOOM found no teleprompter in front of Modi in the original video of his walk with the Australian Prime Minister at Melbourne's Marvel Stadium on July 9, 2026.
