Video shows 'robot ball' rolling on land & gliding through water
Researchers at Duke University developed amphibious robot 'Marble' that can travel across land and water. It uses three internal weights to control movement inside sealed spherical shell. Video showed Marble rolling on land and moving through water using passive fins. Marble reaches speeds of 1.025 m/s on land and can navigate multiple directions while handling obstacles through direct contact.
