Video shows AAP MLA uprooting part of road by hand before Delhi minister slaps man filming him

A video showed AAP MLA Jarnail Singh uprooting a part of newly-paved road with his hand in front of Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma before Verma lost his cool and slapped man who was recording him. "He visited the site himself and challenged AAP MLA to break the road by hand to demonstrate its poor quality," AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj said.
