Video shows chaos as candidates loot, tear papers during public service exam in Bihar

CCTV footage showed chaos at an exam centre of the Bihar Public Service Commission on Friday after a large group of people looted and tore question papers in the storage area and snatched them from candidates who were taking the test. The exam authorities have filed a police complaint. BPSC earlier dismissed allegations of paper leak.
