Video shows college seniors ragging, beating juniors with sticks in Andhra

A video of college students beating juniors with sticks in Andhra Pradesh's Narasaraopet is being widely shared online, prompting police to file a case under sections of Prohibition of Ragging Act and launch an investigation. Police said the video was shot in February and they have taken one person into custody. They were beating juniors under guise of NCC training.
