Video shows Crab Nebula's neutron star that spins 30 times/sec

NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory shared a video showing observations of Crab Nebula recorded over a 22-year period. The video shows whip-like variations in the X-ray jet of Crab Nebula's neutron star, which spins 30 times each second. The expanding ring is a shock wave created by high-speed wind of matter and anti-matter particles that plows into the surrounding nebula.
