Video shows farmer desperately trying to save his crop from rain; Union Minister calls him

After a viral video showed a farmer in Maharashtra desperately trying to save his produce from being washed away in a heavy downpour, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Chouhan called him. "I have spoken to Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis...Whatever losses have occurred will be compensated so that you and your family don't face any trouble," Chouhan was heard telling the farmer.
