Video shows Indian-origin MP speaking in Hindi in Guyana Parliament

A video showed Indian-origin MP Vikash Ramkisoon speaking in Hindi in the National Assembly (Parliament) of Guyana. Ramkisoon spoke in Hindi after an opposition MP alleged that he doesn't know any words of Hindi. In response, he then openly challenged the MP to have a debate on anything at any time, and he'll participate without even a script.
