A video has emerged online purportedly showing Karnataka DGP Ramachandra Rao in intimate moments with a woman inside his official chamber, while in uniform. Rao has claimed that the video is morphed. Meanwhile, Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has reportedly sought a briefing from the concerned department. Rao is father of actress Ranya Rao, who was accused in a gold smuggling case.
