Video shows Kim Jong-un applauding during N Korea missile launch

Images released by North Korean state media show leader Kim Jong-Un applauding in celebration as the country launched its latest intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). North Korea described the launch as a "great explosion" that shook "the whole planet". This missile had been previously fired only once in April.
