Telangana Police reacted to a clip showing a man riding an overloaded scooter by sitting on edge of pillion seat. A Twitter user captioned it, "My 32 GB phone carrying 31.9 GB data." "There's a possibility to retrieve...data from...mobile, even if it's damaged. But not life...So our appeal to people...[to]...avoid putting their lives at risk and others' too," wrote police.
