Video shows massive floods in Ukraine after Russia blows up dam

Footage has shown massive floods in the Ukrainian city of Kherson, with houses and roads submerged, after Russia allegedly blew up the Nova Kakhovka dam. The collapse of the dam on the Dnipro river is said to have put around 42,000 people at risk from flooding, with evacuations underway. Russia has denied blowing up the dam.
