Video shows men beating UP constable on being asked to wear helmets

A video has surfaced on social media that shows a head constable of Uttar Pradesh Police being beaten up by four men on a road in Lucknow. The policeman had stopped the men who were travelling on a motorcycle without helmets. In the video, they are seen hitting and abusing the head constable.
