Video shows passengers without life jackets before cruise boat tragedy in MP

A video showed passengers without any life jackets moments before a cruise boat overturned in Madhya Pradesh's Jabalpur, killing nine people on April 30. However, some of the passengers later wore life jackets that helped in the rescue of around 24 people. The cruise boat was reportedly carrying around 30 to 40 passengers at the time of the incident.
