Video shows people using Noida's yet-to-be-opened Parthala bridge

People started using the Parthala bridge connecting Noida to Greater Noida West before its inauguration on Monday afternoon. Some commuters claimed that the bridge was closed to public even after its construction was completed. The deadline to open the bridge is extended many times. The last allocated deadline for the completion of bridge was May 31.
