Video shows policeman, others stealing tyre from seized car in UP

A video purportedly showing a police constable and his associates stealing a tyre from a parked car, which had been seized, outside a police station in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur has surfaced online. A senior police official said that an investigation is underway. While the incident took place last month, it came to light after the video surfaced.
