Video shows robot killing itself with Terminator-style jump into molten steel

AI robotics startup Figure retired its Figure 02 humanoid robot fleet by having the machines autonomously leap into a 75-ton electric arc furnace filled with molten steel in Finland. A video showed the robots performing the Terminator-style stunt before being reduced to molten metal. Terminator actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who suggested melting the robots, also appeared in the video.
