Video shows students kissing during 'truth and dare' game in K'taka; 1 student detained

A video of a boy and a girl, both students of a reputed Karnataka college, kissing during a 'truth and dare' game has surfaced on social media. The boy who made the video has reportedly been detained for questioning. Mangaluru Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar said the incident had taken place six months ago at a private flat.
