Video shows sudden outburst from Bhutan's glacial lake which triggered flash floods

A video has surfaced showing sudden outburst from Bhutan's glacial Shintaphu Lake, which has triggered flash floods in Gasa district. This has caused washout of the facilities at Gasa Tshachu, a popular natural hot spring located near the banks of the Mo Chhu River. Bhutan has warned West Bengal and Assam governments of flash floods as water will travel downstream.
