Video shows Taiwan's satellite launcher veering out of control, locals mistake it for missile

The test of Taiwan's first domestically developed satellite launch vehicle failed on Wednesday after it went off course shortly after liftoff, prompting residents in a nearby village to mistake it for a missile. The rocket began spiralling away from its planned trajectory, forcing operators to activate its self-destruct mechanism. No injuries or damage were reported in the crash.
