Video shows teacher hitting kneeling student with belt, Andhra minister replies

An undated video has surfaced showing Basava Venkata Ramana, coaching institute Indian Army Calling's Founder, using a belt to hit a student who was kneeling on all four limbs. The student tried saving himself while other students knelt behind him. Andhra Pradesh Human Resources Minister Nara Lokesh said, "Whatever may be the reason, such acts of aggression are unwarranted."
